Being a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certificant, I have passed many intense exams including: the Series 7 General Securities Representative Exam, Series 31 Managed Futures Funds Exam, Uniform Securities State Law Exam (Series 63), and the Uniform Investment Adviser Law Exam (Series 65). I also hold an Insurance License issued by the State of Florida for Life, Health and Variable Annuities.

For years I've been dedicated to helping others plan their futures through intelligent investment advice, proper financial planning and insurance recommendations. There's a real sense of accomplishment that comes with lending a helping hand to others, and I take that to heart every day of my life in serving my community.

I am the past President of the Sunrise Rotary Club of Gainesville, Florida where together with my fellow members, we work to conquer hunger, improve the health and sanitation of our community, support education and job training, and so much more. As we say in Rotary, "Service Above Self."

I also serve on the Board of Directors for the St. Francis House Homeless Shelter currently as Treasurer, but also previously as the President and Vice President.

My wife Nancy and I are also active supporters of the Climb For Cancer Foundation in Gainesville, Florida, helping to raise money to fund cancer research. In January 2006, we both climbed Mount Kilimanjaro as a fundraiser to support the foundation.

Service is a key part of my success in life. Through the helping of others, I've been able to maintain a positive outlook on life, and that has become a chief element in helping to plan sound futures for all of my clients.
